Heritage Hills Clubhouse
The Heritage Hills Clubhouse is available for private event reservations. Reservations may be made until 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until midnight on Friday and Saturday. The Clubhouse has a maximum capacity of 35 at this time. For residents seeking to rent the Clubhouse, a damage deposit of $300.00 and a use fee of $75.00 are required. Both fee and deposit must be paid by check made out to Heritage Hills Metro District. Non-residents, please see more details on the Clubhouse Private Event Regulations & Rental Agreement.

Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Basketball Courts
The tennis/pickleball and basketball courts (collectively, the “courts”) are open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The Clubhouse area has two tennis/ pickleball courts. The Overlook area has two tennis/ pickleball courts, a basketball court and a soccer field.
Courts may not be reserved and are available on a first-come first-served basis. Players may use only one court at a time and may not use courts for longer than 1 ½ hours per session.
A key fob system is in place and opens the gate when swiped. Children and guests may not be admitted to the courts without a key fob. Guests must be accompanied by a Heritage Hills resident, and guests and residents shall at all times be subject to the Court Rules and Regulations.
