- District Board Meetings have moved to the Second Friday of the month
- Turf applications of Granular Fertilization with Caliber Cote and Granular Grub Treatment with Acelepryn are scheduled for April 23rd and April 24th. Spot Spraying of Turf Weeds with Organic Fiesta is scheduled for April 30th.
Gates & Security
The Metro Board has a goal to streamline our security process and create a more secure neighborhood. The Board has employed Wizard Works to help them achieve that. Several initiatives are in place to consider gate closure 24/7 and other mechanisms.

The Metro Board has met with Lone Tree Police Department (LTPD) to enhance our relationship and dialogue with LTPD and local first responders. More to come.

The Metro Board has also been working with Wizard Works to test a quick close barrier arm to help prevent cars from “piggy backing” into the neighborhood.

The District has partnered with Flock Security Systems to enhance communication with local law enforcement.
